Step 1
New Jacket Fitting
Book your appointment for a "New Jacket Fitting".
This is where you will be fitted for your New Letterman Jacket.
Step 1.5
Wait for Jacket
Wait for your New Jacket to arrive.
This usually takes approx. 4-6 weeks.
​We will notify you once the jacket arrives in store.

Step 2
Jacket Design
Book your appointment for "Try On/Complete Design" once you've been notified that your jacket is ready for decoration.

This is where you will bring in your patches/ideas to design your new jacket.
Step 3
Jacket Pickup
When your jacket is completed and ready to be picked up you will receive a message confirmation.

This can take anywhere from 4-5 weeks. (Sometimes sooner/ times may vary)
